Payment of Fines
PAY A TICKET
If you are issued a citation and all violations have a fine amount, you may choose not to appear in court but pay your fines and fees prior to your court date. If your citation states “Court”, then you must appear on your scheduled court date.
When paying a fine(s) prior to your court date, you acknowledge that:
- You are the defendant and that you are pleading guilty or no contest to the charges on your ticket.
- You will be found guilty on all charges.
- You are waiving your rights to a trial.
