Basehor City Hall

On April 16, 2024 the City of Basehor conducted a ribbon cutting for a new 9,000 square foot City Hall building that includes public and city administration spaces as well as a City Council chamber.

The new City Hall is located on 158th Street, north of Garden Parkway and next to the Basehor Community Library. The building is located on Basehor’s Civic Campus, a 37.6 acres multi-use campus that include a splash pad, an event lawn, a playground, multi-use trails, and other civic facilities. 

The new City Hall building is equipped with solar panels and is designed to accommodate future expansion. Construction of the new facility began in June 2023.
