Hello, Basehor! We hope everyone stayed safe during last night’s significant storm. 

To help with the removal of storm debris, the City of Basehor is offering the following options:

1. You can place the storm debris at the curb and it will be picked up on Friday, June 24. You MUST call the Municipal Services Department at 913-724-2000 to take advantage of this service. When you call, please give staff your address. 
2. You can take storm debris to our Municipal Services Department at 2300 N 158th St from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday and the 2nd Saturday of the month from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. 

Please take a moment to review what are acceptable items and unacceptable items. Unacceptable items will not be picked up. 

Acceptable items: 
Tree Debris
Grass Clippings
Leaves
Paper Lawn Waste Bags


Unacceptable items:
Plastic Bags
Building Materials
Pallets
Wood Chips
Household Trash
