PUBLIC NOTICE
PRACTICE MEETING OF GOVERNING BODY

There will be a practice meeting of the governing
body at 3:00 pm, on Tuesday, March 24th, 2020. Due to social distancing requirements, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

or by phone, by dialing  1 669 900 6833 US, and entering Meeting ID: 179 580 023 and Password: 012200

 

The object of this practice meeting is to:

1)     All of staff and governing body are able to conduct meeting virtually using Zoom;

2)     Make sure the public is able to access and watch the meeting;

3)     Make a roll call of the elected officials and staff

4)     All public participants will be muted by the meeting host (City Clerk/City Administrator)

5)     The City will be making every effort to record the meeting and make the meeting available on the City’s website;

6)     The City is evaluating the ability to conduct executive session – should that be necessary for future meetings.

 

Due to the emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic, this is why there was not ample time to post a 24-hour notice for the practice meeting.

The meeting is open to the public.
