Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Basehor, Kansas will hold the following public hearings on October 9th, 2018 at 7:00 PM, in the meeting room of City Hall, located at 2620 N. 155th Street, Basehor, Kansas for the following items.
• Consider a Short Form Plat of the tract legally describe as:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 11 South; Range 22 East of the 6th P.M. described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 47, Glenwood Estates Subdivision; thence South 70031’19” West, 111.17 feet to the point of beginning of this tract; thence South 84025’23” East, 325.00 fee; thence South 05035’27” West, 564.00 feet; Thence North 84025’23” West, 325.00 feet; thence North 05035’27” East, 564.00 feet to the point of beginning, less any part thereof taken for road purposes.
