New Basehor City Hall

On June 14, 2023 the City of Basehor broke ground for a new 9,000 square foot City Hall building that will include public and city administration spaces as well as a City Council chamber.

The new City Hall will be located on 158^th Street, north of Garden Parkway and next to the Basehor Community Library. The building will be located on Basehor’s Civic Campus. The multi-use campus will encompass 37.6 acres and include a splash pad, an event lawn, a playground, multi-use trails, and other civic facilities. 

The new City Hall building will be equipped with solar panels and is designed to accommodate future expansion. Construction for the facility is anticipated to be completed by May 2024.
