Philosophy of the Chief of Police
Trust:
I trust our Police employees to be professional and do the right thing. I hold every employee accountable and responsible for his or her own actions.
Therefore, everyone shall be treated with respect from this Police Staff.
Teamwork:
We are a team, which shall treat each other and the general public with
respect just as we would our own family.
Commitment to Duty:
Our Police employees must have a desire and passion for serving the public. The commitment to serving the people must be evident to include integrity, honesty, professionalism and the goals to always improve and learn more in this profession.
Confidence to Achieve:
I shall assemble a professional staff to serve this growing community.
Therefore, I desire only the best candidates our government can provide
with what we have to offer. I becomes a “We” and “We” is our chosen
team to succeed in the business.
Open Door Policy:
My philosophy to have an “Open Door Policy” not only to the employees,
politicians, city management, but to the general public 24-hours per day.
