Business Licenses

In accordance with Ordinance 445 passed on August 9, 2004, all persons, firms or coroporations shall acquire a business license prior to conducting, pursuing, carrying on or operating any calling, trade, profession or occupation within the city limits of Basehor, Kansas.

The fee for a new business license or license renewal is $50.00 and is valid from January 1st to December 31st. Mid-year new application fees will not be prorated and will expire on December 31st of the same year. Business license renewal aplicants filed after December 31st will require an additional $50.00 penalty fee.

Please see the above links for applications for a new business or business renewal. Please return the completed form with the required payment. After being approved by the Basehor City Zoning Officer a license will be mailed to the address indicated by the applicant on the application.
