
Administration
The City Administrator, appointed by the City Council, is responsible for the implementation of policies and decisions made by the City Council. The City Adminstrator works to prepare a budget for the Council's consideration, serves as the Council's chief advisor, and is responsible for all City personnel. The City Administrator makes recommendations to the City Council regarding Capital Improvements, Municipal Financing, Planning and Growth, Economic Development, Services and Programs. The Administration Department staff provides the central point for city services. These services include utility billing, business licensing, voter registration, park reservations and accounts payable.
